Care Instructions

Care Instructions for ALL Gear

To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your gear, follow these instructions:

1. Hand Wash Only:
- Spot clean with damp cloth. If needed, gently hand wash in cold water to preserve the colors and fabric integrity.
- Use a gentle detergent to avoid fading or damage.

2. Avoid Soaking:
- Do not soak the fabric for extended periods of time. Helps prevent color bleeding and fading.

3. Dry Properly:
- Lay flat on a clean towel or hang to air dry. Avoid wringing out excess water to prevent distortion of the fabric. * Dye can potentially transfer onto towel, use an old one.
- Do not use a dryer, as high heat can affect the fabric, hardware, and dye.

4. Avoid Direct Sunlight:
- Avoid leaving gear in direct sunlight to prevent color fading and maintain the vibrancy of the dye.

Equip your pup with a collar that's as soft and sweet as they are!

*The quick drying aspect of the collars is very dependant on weather and how saturated the collar is. There is no guaranteed dry time, as there are SO many factors that influence it.

*If your dog is a heavy or frequent puller, I recommend upgrading to the thick D ring option. As an extra precaution, I would recommend having an alternative piece of gear to attach a leash to. These collars are NOT intended to be used for training.

Care Instructions: Spot clean with damp cloth. For deeper clean, hand wash in cold water with gentle soap. Hang to dry or lay flat. Do not iron.

Measuring Tips:
- Neck: Have your dog sit in front of you and loosely measure the thickest part of their neck where the collar will sit with a soft tape measure or string. Slide two fingers between the dog's neck and the measuring tape, and add two inches to the measurement. The collar should be snug but not tight, with enough room for your fingers.
- Head: Measure the circumference of your dog's head at its largest point, from the top of their throat, over their ears, and to the top of their head. This measurement is IMPORTANT for limited slip collars since they do not come undone like the quick release collars.
- Current collar: If you're happy with the fit of your dog's current collar, you can measure it to get a new collar that fits the same.
- Size Chart: You can also use our collar sizing chart to aide in finding the right size.
